We designed our shipping options to be simple, affordable, and prompt! We currently offer USPS shipping as our preferred carrier. Let us know if additional shipping options are important to you, and we’ll add services as demand warrants.
USPS SERVICE GUIDELINES
Order shipments originate from Oklahoma City, OK, and typically require 6-10 business days to reach their destination. Deliveries do not occur on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 noon CST typically enter the USPS system that day. Although a package may be ready for delivery in the morning, orders do not enter ’shipped’ status until USPS physically picks the package(s) up from our warehouse that afternoon.
Changes to orders cannot be made after 1:00pm CST on business days, as packages may already be en route to their destination(s).
EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS
Second day shipping options are subject to USPS pickup cycles and business day limitations. For example, if you place an order on Wednesday evening and specify second day shipping, it will not arrive at its destination until the following Monday. In this example, the next available USPS departure is on Thursday evening, and the second day falls on a weekend. The following Monday is the second day in USPS service terms.
ALASKA, HAWAII, AND PO BOXES
Non-oversized shipments with Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. box destinations incur the standard FedEx ground shipping charge but ship via U.S. Postal Service.
Return & Exchange Policy
Products can be returned within 45 days of purchase. Shipping costs for returning products will be at customer expense.
DVD products: DVD purchases can be returned within 45 days for a refund of the purchase price less Shipping & Handling charges.
Training Aids / Training Kits: Items other than DVD products can be returned up to 45 days. Any refunds will be less shipping and handling charges. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee regardless of condition of products returned. After 45 days from date of purchase, no refunds will be offered for training aids / kits.
Products may be exchanged at no additional cost for up to 30 days after purchase. Reasons for exchange can include but are not limited to: faulty products, products damaged in shipping, products received that were not ordered, etc.
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
