These sizes are recommendations only, your individual grip size will depend on factors such as your comfort, finger and hand flexibility, etc. For example, if you have arthritis, you may want a bigger grip, and if you have short fingers, you may want a smaller grip. We recommend that you grip your 6 or 7 iron based on these recommendations, then practice with it and adjust your size based on your personal preference.
