Recommended grip sizes – NON GGA grips
These sizes are recommendations only, your individual grip size will depend on factors such as your comfort, finger and hand flexibility, etc.  For example, if you have arthritis, you may want a bigger grip, and if you have short fingers, you may want a smaller grip.  We recommend that you grip your 6 or 7 iron based on these recommendations, then practice with it and adjust your size based on your personal preference.

Small less than 6 1/2″ Normal size grip (58) with 2 extra wraps under lower hand
Medium 6 1/2″ to less than 7″ Normal size grip (58), 3 extra wraps under lower hand, 1 upper
ML Cadet 6 1/2″ to less than 7″ Normal size grip (58), 3 extra wraps under lower hand, 1 upper
Med. Large 7″ to less than 7 1/2″ Mid Size Grip, 3 extra wraps under lower hand, 1 uppper
Large 7 1/2″ to less than 8″ Mid Size Grip, 4 extra wraps under lower hand, 2 uppper
XL 8″ or more Mid Size Grip, 5 extra wraps under lower hand, 3 uppper
 * Note:  these are only recommended suggestions, and these recommendations represent the LARGEST your grips should be based on your hand size.  Make sure to get a grip that is comfortable and allows you to release the club and is big enough not to slip in your hands.
